Wrapstart vs OrbisX (2026): Which Wrap Shop CRM Wins?

Wrapstart vs OrbisX (2026): which wrap shop CRM wins?

The wrap-first newcomer against the feature giant of the automotive aftermarket. We compared both on quoting, CRM depth, AI, onboarding, and pricing for vinyl wrap, PPF, and tint shops.

Our winner Wrapstart 9.2 / 10
Challenger OrbisX 7.8 / 10

Our verdict

In our assessment, this comes down to depth versus usability — and for a wrap shop, Wrapstart wins on both ends that matter. OrbisX has captured a large share of the detailing and tint market with an enormous feature list at a flat $100/month, and we respect that depth. But in our experience its onboarding is among the most demanding in the category: dense screens, many configuration options, and real setup weeks (or paid help) before it pays off.

Wrapstart, by contrast, is built wrap-first for the automotive aftermarket — wraps, PPF, tint, detail — with deep AI integration, data-centric reporting, and a quote-and-accept experience we rate as the best in the category. In our view there's little OrbisX does that Wrapstart doesn't also do, with a fraction of the setup pain and a far more modern interface.
